DIR EN GREY threatens to wear humans in new single “Ningen wo Kaburu” Zansouki 7 February 2018 Releases DIR EN GREY announced late last night that a new single is in the works! Titled Ningen wo Kaburu (人間を被る), and loosely translated as “wearing human skin”, the single seems like it will be a headbanger, going from the intense title. This new single drops in about two months, on April 25. This new single will be sold in four different editions: a regular edition, limited edition, and two limited special edition. The two limited special editions only differ in the type of media used, DVD and Blu-ray, but as to what makes it special exactly is still undisclosed. Other notable things, like a tracklist or album art are still to be revealed, but you can already pre-order the single on CDJapan. This new single has been announced just one month after the release of the band’s “best of” album, Vestige of Scratches, which included 44 of the best songs DIR EN GREY released throughout their extensive 20 year career. Three of these songs, Filth, Fukai, and THE III D EMPIRE were re-recorded. If you missed out on that, you might want to go check that out!
