Esprit D’Air is back in the new year with their new single, Starstorm, releasing on January 26 worldwide.
Starstorm is a track from their 2017 album, Constellations, and the new single version will still be mixed/produced by Kai but will be remastered by Stuart Hawkes, who has worked with big names from Japan, such as Miyavi, Sugizo, and Mika Nakashima, as well as Pendulum, The Prodigy and Enter Shikari. This is the first time the band has enlisted another mastering engineer, as they had always mastered the works themselves.
The single release will also be accompanied by a nightcore/drum and bass remix by Shudan, who has previously remixed Snow by Boom Boom Satellites on their 15th-anniversary release, Embrace, and also an instrumental version.
Esprit D’Air are touring the UK in February 2018 to celebrate the release of their album, Constellations:
February 5, 2018 – The Underworld Camden, London
February 6, 2018 – Buffalo Bar, Cardiff
February 7, 2018 – Mama Roux’s, Birmingham
February 8, 2018 – Aatma, Manchester

February 10, 2018 – Rockmantic Weekender, Carlisle

Since their reformation in 2016, Esprit D’Air has been going strength-to-strength from performing at the UK’s largest Japanese culture festival HYPER JAPAN, to selling out a headline show at O2 Academy2 Islington, releasing a critically-acclaimed album, and supporting the likes of Canada’s darkwave band The Birthday Massacre.
