Sad news reached us today. VAASTU, one of the best newcomer bands to the visual kei scene will leave us soon. After several discussions the band took the decision to stop all activities after a final show, which will be celebrated at the end of the year at Shibuya REX, on December 12.
This really took me by surprise, as I thought the band was gaining more popularity during this year. However, this sudden announcement could be conditioned by the departure of their bassist SIORI this past month.
Before completely dissolve, VAASTU unveils a brand new look after teasing us with blurry images. As of now, their new single is still scheduled to be released on November 11, although details such as the title and tracklist are yet to be revealed.
